Research Interests
Drawing on a background in Computer Science and Psychology, I explore how flexible categorization shapes the way we perceive and navigate the social world. Combining methods from machine learning, cognitive psychology, and social psychology, my work aims to understand how adaptive cognitive processes can sometimes lead to biases, stereotypes, and social polarization – especially in digitally mediated environments..
